Free call through Ncell

During "Buddha janmasthami" due to techniqal problems in Ncell.. All calls from Ncell to ncell was free of  charge, only if incase of putting "0" (eg: 09806584001), you dialled 9806584001. Many of our nepalese were watched to be hanging on their mobile phones throughout the day.. Suddenly, it was stopped on 7pm....
